SHIPPING

TitanCosmetic.com currently offers FREE standard shipping for all orders above $100 in Canada , excluding United States  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The following shipping & handling charges apply to 2nd day and overnight shipping:

UPS 2-Day: $15

UPS Next Day (overnight): $22

Currently TitanCosmetic.com only ships to the above locations. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take additional time for delivery and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 6-10 business days based on the destination.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. TitanCosmetic.com cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your TitanCosmetic.com purchase, you may return within 13 days of purchase. Only unopened items purchased on TitanCosmetic.com with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return. Final sale items may not be returned.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs.

USE ANOTHER SHPPING METHOD – Packages must be returned using an insured method. Sorry, we are unable to accept Cash On  Deliveries.

Please allow 7-15 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.
