Refund policy

Titan Cosmetics Return Policy:

• Our policy lasts 14 days from purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and some health/personal care items are not returnable.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
• Partial refunds may be granted if item is not in original condition, is damaged, or returned after 14 days.
• Refunds will be processed and credited to original method of payment within a certain amount of days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• For late or missing refunds, check with bank and credit card company before contacting us at sales@titancosmetic.com.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
• Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Contact sales@titancosmetic.com for confirmation before shipping to: 1400 - 18 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario, M5C1C4, Canada.
• Gift items may receive a gift credit or refund to the gift giver, depending on how the item was purchased.
• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for items over $75.
